Design

First off, this is genuinely one of the prettiest vapes I’ve ever owned. As a woman, I really appreciate when a device not only performs well but also looks and feels luxurious, and the iCita does exactly that.

The device has a glossy frame that gives it a sleek, high-end look, but what really surprised me was the faux leather that wraps around the body. It’s soft to the touch and adds a grippy texture that makes the iCita feel amazing in the hand. That combo of smooth and textured materials makes it feel more premium than most pod systems I’ve tried recently.

The form factor is compact without being too small, and it stands up well on a flat surface. It’s lightweight enough for daily carry but doesn’t feel cheap or fragile.

One thing to note is that there’s no top-fill system on this device. You always have to remove the pod from the device to fill it. The fill port sits on the side of the pod and is sealed with a small rubber plug. It’s not difficult to manage, but I personally prefer top-fill designs for the extra convenience. Still, it’s easy once you get used to it, and the port size is decent, so I didn’t have any mess or spilling.

The small screen is located on the side and shows your wattage, battery level, ohms of the current pod and puff count. I did find it a little hard to read in bright sunlight, but the layout is clean and intuitive.

Pods

The iCita comes with two pods: a 0.3 ohm and a 0.6 ohm, both with a 3ml capacity. I love that both are included in the box because it gives you flexibility right away, depending on your vaping style.

Filling the pods is simple, but it’s important to know that there is no top-fill system. You need to remove the pod from the device to access the fill port, which is sealed with a little rubber plug. It’s not complicated, but it’s something to keep in mind if you’re used to top-fill designs.

The fill port is wide enough to avoid any mess, and I didn’t experience any leaking throughout my testing. Always a plus.

The pods are held in magnetically and feel really secure once clicked in. They're also nicely transparent, so you can see your liquid level at a glance, which is something I always appreciate.

Performance

This is where the iCita really impressed me. It delivers a smooth and consistent vape, whether you're using the 0.3 ohm or the 0.6 ohm pod.

The 0.3 ohm pod gives you a more loose, slightly restricted direct-to-lung draw with great vapor and very strong flavor. The 0.6 ohm pod leans toward mouth-to-lung, with tighter airflow and excellent performance with nic salts. I enjoyed both, depending on the mood I was in.

Adjustable airflow is almost a given in modern pod systems, but it's still worth pointing out when it's done well. On the iCita, the airflow control is smooth and responsive, letting you easily switch between a tighter mouth-to-lung draw or a looser restricted direct-to-lung hit.

Another thing worth mentioning is that the device is autodraw only. There is no fire button at all, and honestly, I didn’t miss it. The autodraw sensor is incredibly responsive and worked every single time. It makes the experience feel effortless and very beginner-friendly.

Battery life is also strong. With 1600mAh to work with, I was easily getting a full day of use, even when vaping regularly. And once the battery runs low, the USB-C fast charging brings it back up in no time.

Verdict

The Eleaf iCita is genuinely one of the most beautiful vapes I’ve owned. I love when a device looks good and still delivers on performance, and this one really does both. The faux leather, the compact design, and the simplicity of using it all come together in a really satisfying way.

It’s very beginner-friendly thanks to the autodraw system, but it’s also packed with features like adjustable airflow and wattage that make it appealing to more experienced users too.
